Performance of Automated Machine Learning Based Neural Network Estimators for the Classification ofystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) benchmark datasets. The main findings of this study point to TPOT-NN as a useful tool that, on some datasets, achieves outperformed accuracy than other methods used in this research. It also point to potential avenues for basic TPOT to improve classification models in the future.
