Key Elements of Nation Branding: The Importance of the Development of Local Human Capital in the UAE. Although existing literature on the subject has analysed many developed and emerging countries, there has been surprisingly little work done on the UAE as a brand. Hence, this chapter investigates the best global practices which the UAE can take into account. It also identifies the main factors to focus on to improve nation branding.
