Computational Structures,There are a number of structures which can be constructed to compute the fast Sylvester-Hadamard transform. Some of these structure are directly useful in designing a hardware implementation and some are useful for a deeper insight to the transform.

Pearl (1971) looks at the Hadamard domain in light of his recognition that “... .... .” One of these problem classes is the calculation of the average Hamming distance between two n-bit independent, randomly generated vectors.

The Hadamard Transform in Statistics,Use of the Hadamard transform, and the devisement of a fast algorithm for its implementation, goes back to Yates (1937) who used the transform to determine what factors were contributory in a factorial experiment, ie, to uncover the dependencies within a multivariable data set.
