Cosmological Constant, Quantum Cosmology and Anthropic Principle,We discuss various features of quantum cosmology in relation to the cosmological constant problem. Some ways to justify the anthropic principle in inflationary cosmology and in the baby universe theory are proposed. A possible way to create an inflationary universe in a laboratory is also discussed.

Twistors as Spin 3/2 Charges,It is pointed out that twistors play a role as the charges for helicity 3/2 massless fields. Since such fields can be defined consistently in general Ricci-flat 4-manifolds, a possible new approach to defining twistors in vacuum space-times is indicated.
