Future Research Opportunities in the Strategic Leadership-EO Space,oretical foci necessary to shift from descriptive contributions to building predictive theory. I then discuss how a Bayesian approach to modeling empirical strategic leadership-EO research may aid in building predictive theory. I conclude by suggesting guidance for EO researchers to make use of this book in developing new research questions.
