Semiparametric Empirical Bayes Estimation in Linear Models,ons for semiparametric and nonparametric estimators it is shown that the Zellner (Gaussian) .-prior on the regression parameters can be readily adopted to formulate suitable empirical Bayes (point) estimators that are essentially related to the robust Stein-rule estimators.
