A High Efficiency Six Phase Voltage Doubler Cell Using 180 nm CMOS Processcircuit offers better performance relative to similar work reported in literature in terms of good voltage conversion ratio of 1.98 with an output voltage 3.58 V. Further, it can drive loads upto 0 to 1.1 mA.
