https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-531-90337-8 it possible to draw some conclusions about the mechanism which governed the electroluminescence brightness. It was concluded that the physical meaning of the parameters deduced from the temperature dependence of the brightness should be approached with great caution.

Kinetics of the Destriau Effect, used to derive an expression for the electroluminescence efficiency. The results are given of an experimental study of the dependence of the electroluminescence efficiency on the voltage applied to capacitors containing ZnS:Cu phosphors with different concentrations of copper. These experimental results are compared with the theory.
