Models of Porous Electrodes,cal treatment of porous electrodes. The real structure and also the reaction mechanism are approximated by simpler models amenable to a mathematical analysis. The applicability of the model and of the assumptions in the mathematical derivation is judged by a comparison of the predictions of the theoretical treatment with the experimental results.
