Finally, based on the current status of research on remote sensing images, we propose some future research directions in order to provide survey references for new studies in the field of remote sensing.

A Context-Aware Application to Monitor the Air Qualitytalian territory. Due to the richness in terms of biodiversity of the country, similar solutions exist only at the regional level without taking into account the user’s sensibility. Our contribution is to show an application that join general purpose with context-awareness aspects.
