,A Fuzzy-Based System for Selection of Radio Access Technology in 5G Wireless Networks Considering Rnsidered four parameters: Coverage (CV), User Priority (UP), Spectral Efficiency (SE) and RL, which is a new input parameter for calculating RAT Decision Value (RDV). From the simulation results, we found that when CV, UP, and SE are increasing, the RDV parameter is increased, but when RL is increasing, the RDV parameter is decreased.

,Performance Evaluation of a Distracted Driving Detection System Considering Smoking Behavior,ous distracted driving. In this paper, we propose a new system that considers two additional distracted driving behaviors. The proposed system has increased the identification pattern of hand detection by considering the new smoking behavior. The evaluation results confirm that the proposed system improves detection accuracy.
