Fabian Abel,Nicola Henze,Daniel Krauseogue defective, dysfunction and reduced wellbeing usually follow. The book extends these ideas to the psychology of leadership, arguing that ‘generative’ dialogue and reciprocal exchange are necessary for effective, authentic, and ethical leadership.
