The microscopic formalism is based on an appropriate class of density matrices and employs the Gibbs-Delbrück-Molière minimum principle for the Helmholtz free energy. The model exhibits a Bose-Einstein transition to a bosonic phase with nonzero condensate at sufficiently low temperatures.

Vibrational Density-of-States, Isotope effect, and Superconductivity in Ba1-xKxBiO3 Cubic Oxides,rg gap equations. Results are compared with isotope effect experiments. Evidence based on inelastic neutron scattering, tunneling, and isotope effect experiments when combined with the MD calculations suggest that this material is a normal weak coupling BCS superconductor with strong coupling of the carriers to high energy oxygen phonons.

Finite-Temperature Many-Body Perturbation Theory for Superconducting Fermion Systems,rst order of finite-temperature perturbation theory, the finite- temperature Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov theory is obtained. Corrections to the quasiparticle energy can be calculated systematically by going to second or higher orders in both the PCDD and self energy, and solving the equations self consistently.
