Challenges on Unveiling Voltage Margins from the Node to the Datacentre Level,ation several important aspects. To this end, we first present an approach for an automated characterization framework, and then we describe in detail a comprehensive approach for fast and accurate system-level voltage margins characterization, which contributes to eliminate the time required for an extensive characterization.
