Object tracking is the problem of generating an inference about the motion of an object from the sequence of frames in a video. Improved Circuit-to-CNF Conversion, security metrics for assessing the information system in a structured way and a quantitative evaluation model with qualitative decision based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to measure the security level of the Information System. At last, a test case is given to illustrate the algorithm and effectiveness of this model.

Improved Circuit-to-CNF Conversion,t as compared to only full Subtractor in the existing design. The performance analysis is verified using number gates, Garbage inputs/outputs and Quantum Cost. It is observed that Reversible 8-bit Parallel Binary Adder/Subtractor with Design III is efficient compared to Design I and II.
