The patient noticed that the mass had been enlarging in the past several months. He denied any pain, pruritus, or discharge. He had no previous history of similar lesions.

The patient recalled it had been present for several years and had not enlarged or changed in any way. Recently, the bump would become irritated when he would put on or take off his shirt.

The lesion was not itchy, or painful. However, it did grow in recent months and did not go away with topical steroids. No drainage was reported. The patient had no previous history of skin cancer.
