Capture and Concentration of Circulating Cancer-Associated Extracellular Vesiclesose significant challenges in separating tumor-derived EVs (tdEV) from high background of healthy cell-derived EVs in peripheral blood. Here we discussed the recent technology advancements in the field of enriching subpopulations of EVs from bulk populations, with a focus on tdEV enrichment for cancer liquid biopsy purposes.
