Belarus Experience in Reduction of Radionuclides and Heavy Metals Content in Plants Following the C by reducing the transfer of radionuclides and heavy metals to plant tissue. This is achieved by application of effective ameliorant complexes to the soil to reduce mobility and bioavailability of radionuclides and heavy metals. This research represents only one applied solution to this important challenge.
