Concepts, Terms and Measurement in Agile Workingife scale and sister measure, the E-Work Well-being Scale provide new and useful insights into how to measure key agile working practices relating to remote e-workers (as a ‘type’ of agile worker). The chapter discusses how measures such as these can lead to the creation of supportive strategies to optimise agile working.

Within this chapter, we explore these findings and consider how to reduce the cycle of physiological hypervigilance from poor work-life balance.
