Prioritized Admission Control in Multimedia Network-Based e-Learningnt layers of the information have different importance. At the receiver end in decoding, we can adapt the connection between students and teacher in degraded mode, in order to admit more users and achieve higher link utilization. Coping with the Pandemic in Fragile Cities quite well, the results returned are often not appropriate for the learning purpose. In this paper, we propose a novel approach to automatically generate an E-textbook for a user specified topic hierarchy. Such a technology can ease the learning process to a great extent. The validity of our approach is verified through a case study.
