The book also discusses advanced characterization techniques like X-ray photoelectron, UV spectroscopy, scanning electron, atomic power, transmission electron and laser confocal scanning fluorescence microscopy, and gel electrophoresis chromatography. This book gives the readers an insight into advanced material processes and characterizations with special emphasis on nanotechnology.
