https://doi.org/10.1007/978-1-4614-4316-2sults show that our model has superior generalization ability, even when the training set contains only 600 samples. Meanwhile, our model significantly improves the robustness to different CAPTCHA schemes, achieving a high accuracy above 90% on five representative CAPTCHAs deployed on popular websites.

Structural Characterization Using an AFM,olution of the robot are deduced. The correctness of the robot kinematics analysis is verified by MATLAB simulation analysis. The research work in this paper lays the foundation for the follow-up research of the robot.

Relevant theoretical and model studies were supported by more comprehensive and detailed scientific data through monitoring data and results.
