Retrieving Learning Resources over the Cloud,ries, and thus require a search process that allows them to be located and retrieved. The present study proposes the AIREH tool, which was deployed into a cloud environment and facilitates the retrieval of learning objects by integrating virtual organizations and agents with CBR systems that implement collaborative filtering techniques.

,A Study on Factors Influencing Students’ Participation in Skill Certification Test,tionnaire were distributed among graduating students picked by the stratified random sampling method. A total of 848 copies of questionnaire were returned and valid.
