Het specifieke van supervisie in de kinder- en jeugdpsychotherapien valkuilen, stagnaties en dilemma’s . besproken. Stagnerende supervisieprocessen en pijnlijke confrontaties met persoonlijke problematiek en/of ongeschiktheid voor het vak zorgen voor dilemma’s in de eindbeoordeling. Uiteindelijk is kennis over zichzelf een voorwaarde voor iedere therapeut om het vak goed uit te oefenen.
