Fallstudie OPTRON (Teil B und C),irma, welcher mit seinen Visionen seine Mitarbeiter inspirierte, neue Horizonte aufzeigte und seine Mitarbeiter spüren ließ, wie sehr er sie schätzte und wie wichtig sie für den Erfolg von OPTRON seien. Sie waren stolz, für OPTRON tätig zu sein.
