Computer-Based Accessible Testing System for Students with Visual Impairments and Learning Disabilites state-mandated tests. In this paper we present the design, implementation and evaluation of an accessible testing system (ATS) for high-stakes state-mandated tests. We also present results from various pilot studies of ATS which prove its efficacy.
