New Perspectives on Food Blanchingnaires regarding learning attitude and learning interest. The learning scores did not exhibit significant differences between the control and the experimental group; however, the mean for the experimental group was greater than that for the control group. Moreover, learning attitude and interest were significantly different between the two groups.
