Performance Evaluation of Speed Platoon Splitting Algorithmlem and platoon velocity. Therefore, we propose a new algorithm, called speed platoon splitting (.) that targets alleviating congestion by using a ticket pool and classifies platoons according to the velocity using two different lanes.
