Protein exchange reactions on solid surfaces studied with a wettability gradient method,he method has been used in studies of protein exchange reactions on silicon surfaces. The proteins used were human fibrinogen and .-globulin and specific detection of these proteins was made using corresponding antibodies. By the gradient method, the protein exchange reactions could continuously be related to the wettability of the solid surface.
