Marco Borga,Efrat Moringen des technischen Fortschritts. Jedoch fällt auch ihre Einschätzung der Fähigkeit des Rechts, die technische Entwicklung in die Bahnen rechtlichen Sollens zu zwingen, eher pessimistisch aus.. Eine grundsätzliche Auseinandersetzung mit dem Phänomen Technik lassen auch diese Theorieansätze vermissen
