Metaphors as a Tool for Identifying University Students’ Perceptions of English Lessonsearch was to incorporate the use of metaphor within the framework of this cognitive-discursive approach. Two data sets were used in this metaphorical approach, one from 2018 and one of 2022 were compared. A larger metaphorical model representing students’ positive perception of the educational environment of the lesson is identified and described.
