Equilibrium and Non-Equilibrium Current in the Quantum Hall Regimelimit. The effect of randomness on the magnetization due to the equilibrium current is discussed. By changing the magnetic flux through the cylinder, the electric field is induced to cause the non-equilibrium current, which shows the typical oscillation even after the electric field is switched off.
