Secretion, Exo- and Endocytosis,was revived in our laboratory by the research in these two fields carried on in Brussels . Since then, a large number of contributions have shown relations between MT and various modes of cell secretion, and have demonstrated that the integrity of MT is necessary for the cell activities related to the release of secretory granules.

Acknowledgments,ut two years, while performing all the menial jobs of secretary of the Laboratory of Pathology, she remained helpful and smiling, although the number of folders was increasing, and many last-minute changes were necessary. Without her activity, it would have been impossible to meet the deadline imposed by the publisher.
