Flexure Hinge-Based Parallel Manipulators Enabling High-Precision Micro Manipulations,s of typical flexure hinges are compared at first. Orthogonal parallel manipulators with a regular spatial translation of the moving platform are assessed afterwards. Mathematical Synthesis of Compliant Mechanism as Cochlear Implant,lear duct.
