Future Technical Platform - Look Back, Look Aside, Look Aheadic changes in the future - which database should we use? Which Web platform? There is also the problem of integration of legacy systems. Nobody can give a definite answer to these questions - only more or less educated guesses. And because more is better, there is a good argument for dwelling on the issues pertinent to technical platforms.
