Stellenwert der Akutdiagnostik mit Computertomographie im Schockraumerheit. Ferner zeigt sich ein signifikanter positiver Effekt der GKCT auf das Überleben polytraumatisierter Patienten. Die GKCT ist auch bei hämodynamisch instabilen Patienten sicher anwendbar. Voraussetzung hierfür ist ein hoher Organisationsgrad des Schockraumteams. Das CT sollte im oder nahe am Schockraum lokalisiert sein.
