Culture and Language Issues heterogeneity likely will continue in the future, so it is important to examine the impact of culture on space crewmembers. Although producing some stress early in a mission, differences among crewmembers can become an asset later on when monotony and homesickness can occur, and people seek out novel ideas and new relationships.

This review will attempt to integrate the opposing and complementary selective forces experienced by phytoplankton due to biotic and
