Using ATD to Enable Strategic Decisions in Institutions: The Case of the Infrastructures at the Hautt of the Haute-Ecole Pédagogique du Valais. This tool will not only allow decisions to be taken for the development of new infrastructures but also to orient the whole institutional strategy. This paper describes the methodology for the construction and analysis of this tool.
