Study of Incoordinate Left Ventricular Contraction by Echocardiography,superior frequency response and ability to localize endo- and epicardium throughout the cardiac cycle to gain some idea as to the nature of these disturbances. Results in patients with ischemic heart disease will be described, and their extension to patients with other types of left ventricular involvement briefly outlined.
