Thalassemia and Endocrinopathies: Multicenter Study of 3092 PatientsData regarding the prevalence of endocrine dysfunction in patients with β-thalassaemia major are limited , We report the results of a collaborative study of endocrine complications in a large series of patients with β-thalassemia major followed in pediatric and hematology departments throughout Italy.
