Stark Effect on Adsorbates at Electrified Interfaces,specific behaviour of SiH and SiOH vibrational bands in the Si-SiO. system and of H.O., H.O, D.O bands of the Si-electrolyte interface will be discussed. The dependence of these bands upon the electric field will be studied and a few conclusions will be drawn.
