Advances in Noncommutative GeometryA 17-year-old girl presented with dyspnea on exertion (functional class II) since childhood. Physical examination revealed a harsh holosystolic murmur at the left sternal border and apex. Electrocardiography showed normal sinus rhythm and left axis deviation.
