Concept,This chapter is dedicated to understanding the decisions we should take before actually going to the whiteboard and start brainstorming ideas. In some cases, some people might decide to take such decisions along the way, but, in my opinion, it’s better to have at least some fixed points to define a perimeter. This speeds up the process.

Gamification,Gamification is one of those buzzwords that started gaining more and more popularity a few years ago. Lots of companies tried to implement some sort of gamification mechanic in their products, but very few did that right.
