,Selective α-Amination and α-Acylation of Esters and Amides via Dual Reactivity of ,-Acylhydroxylamitive aminating and acylating reagent. Treatment of zinc enolates with .-acylhydroxylamines provides solely 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds under mild conditions.
