Hiroki Sato,Kenichi Muro,Akira Hasegawair cytotoxicity was also determined against non-cancerous mammalian cells (VERO cells). The analogs were cytotoxic against all cancer cell lines whereas no effect was observed against normal cells. The compounds showed good antimicrobial activity against E. coli and S. albus.
