,A Short Survey on a “Strange” Potential,edium have been reported. The enzyme characteristics of α-L-rhamnosidase like K., pH and temperature optima have been determine using p-nitrophenyl α-L-rhamnopyranoside as substrate. The K. values are found to be in the range 0.25–0.50 mM, pH optima values are found to be between 6.0–11.0 and temperature optima values are between 50–60 °C.

Synthesis of Bioactive Thiosemicarbazides: Antimicrobial Agents Against Drug Resistant Microbial Patcreases from hours to minutes with improved yield as compared to conventional heating. The thiosemicarbazides have been tested in vitro against a number of microorganisms in order to assess their antimicrobial properties. The results indicate that the thiosemicarbazides possess antimicrobial properties.
