Flow Cytometric Measurement of Cellular DNA Content Dispersion Induced by Mutagenic Treatmentan increased variation of the cellular DNA content in the whole cell population. This effect can be observed in the flow-cytometric DNA distributions as broadening of the G./G.- and G.+M-phase peaks and can be quantitated.
