Endoplasmic Reticulum, Golgi Complexes and Secretory Vesicles,, liver, collagen-secreting fibroblasts and polymer-secreting plant cells, suggested that they were involved in synthetic and secretory activity. Subsequent investigations brilliantly vindicated these predictions.
