High Magnetic Fields in Semiconductor Nanostructures: Spin Effects in Single InAs Quantum Dotseaks. Nanotechnology — Bottom-up Meets Top-downanization with standard lithographic and processing techniques. In addition, we address the scalability of rolled-up semiconductor nanotubes and present the surprising result that tube diameters from a few nanometers to several hundred nanometers are well-described by a macroscopic continuous mechanical model.
