Non Linear Wave Particle Interaction Theory Applied to Siple Triggered Emissions Important aspects of the theory are underlined. Some Theoretical Aspects of Electrostatic Double Layersa for the existence and stability of the layer. As a complement to the study of the time-independent double layer a few remarks are also made upon the time-dependent double layer.
